Yesterday (Nov 1), my Little Man finished his Championship!! Along the way Cosmo has had some incredible wins, including a 5-point major BOB win at 6 months of age that resulted in a Group 4. Cosmo has had a rather limited show career; before this weekend, his last appearance in the show ring was mid-July in Long Island, where he won 2 points under honorable judge Judy Goodin against tough New York competition. He took the rest of the summer off to train for a NAVHDA Natural Ability Hunting Test, which he thrilled his breeder/owner/handler by coming away with an almost perfect score and a Prize I.
After giving Cosmo a 2-month head start, Tsuki finished today (Nov 2), winning every point from the Bred-By Exhibitor class and awarding me my first AKC BBE Medallion! :) Tsuki was shown enough before the National (May) to get her feet wet, got placements in both Sweeps and Futurity at the National, and has gone Winners in all but 3 ring appearances since the National.
I couldn't be more proud of my two darling Bingers or their mother, Birdee, for producing such special puppies!
